Our Church Home

The sanctuary platform during a worship service

Our building at 66 El Circulo has always been a place of healing — and we're continuing that mission.

A legacy of care

Our church home was originally constructed in the early 1970s by Dr. Albert Anderson as his medical office, where he carried out his mission of providing care and healing for the people of Patterson. He even conducted occasional Sabbath services there. Over the years the building also housed a realty office and a county health services center — and in January 2023, we dedicated it as the home of Patterson Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Discover Life

We see ourselves as a vital part of our community, following Jesus' example of improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual lives of our neighbors. Through the years, our Discover Life community center has hosted:

  • Cooking schools and health fairs
  • 5K runs and youth programs
  • Sabbath services and prophecy seminars
  • Small group ministries
  • Mission trips offering home cleaning and yard care assistance
  • The Apricot Fiesta

Where we're headed

Our plans for the future include expanded children's and youth programming, extended seminars on health topics like diabetes and stress management, and food assistance partnerships with Second Harvest.
